I've made some minor bug fixes to the documentation form (current version changed from 006j => 006k). I don't anticipate any new problems, but if you notice that anything no longer works correctly then please let me know.

Visibly nothing should have changed, but this release should improve support for Internet Explorer 9; may marginally improve responsiveness and fixes some long-standing minor bugs.
