I could find no clue to collector eg nothing from Battersea; 3 specimens collected West Kent & Herts by 'Irvine' (different spelling) 1868-9 eg http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/214854/ but could not do handwriting match as Battersea label in Ley's handwriting?
