N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

H Beach and H Boswell are possible collectors, but I can find insufficient clues

Boswell less likely on grounds of age and geography.

Dr Beech (Beach?) of Cheltenham more likely but the only reference to him I have found is on FENSCORE.

I agree having now found various Cheltenham specimens, just 2 of which have more than the 'HB' initials specimens, and they are on Bailey labels, spelt I think 'Beach'
