N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Hi,
The way you recorded the specimen was fine, but for sheets like this you can add multiple collection date entries by clicking the green cross button next to the date field.

There is also now a date notes field, which is displayed by clicking the '...' button next to the date - allowing dates to be annotated with 'catkins'/'leaves' etc.

Both of these extensions to dates are fairly new features (date-notes only appeared two days ago), which aren't referred to in the help yet - so are easy to overlook.

- I'm gradually trying to work toward the point where there is a specific appropriate field for any possible details on a label - which will enhance the usefulness of the data generated by the project.

regards,

Tom
