Hello Tom,
For the last few days neither my PC nor laptop will download sheets from the front page. Instead I get the message: "There is a problem, for some reason no sheets have been assigned to you. This is probably due to a fault with the website, but may be because someone else has just requested the same set. Please return to the herbarium@home homepage and try again. " I can download existing my (and seemingly all other) previous completed sheets and everything else just not new ones. Can you advise: I've tried the usual "switch off everything" to no avail. Regards Mike d'A

alternative is to go lower down & select either a genus, species or herbarium (sorry if sucking eggs)

Problem has reoccurred... tried all usual and the suggested Project and Genus routes, all to no avail.... will go handwriting hunting until (hopefully) recovers spontaneously unless anyone can suggest what might be causing it...?

I managed to get one new specimen tonight, otherwise the dreaded message comes up. Is this project now more-or-less complete?

Just noticed Tom's reply to my initial query was direct - so here with rebroadcast: In essence we will get the "There is a problem.etc . " message when/if there aren't any sheets left to do but that he was uploading further Glouc batches with two more collections likely to follow before Christmas to give a bit of variety ... all of which are appearing.

Re Old Nicks advice above - eventually figured out how to do as he suggested - by doing as he suggested! - and sure enough you can download the odd "available" sheet from a specific collection and genera when the normal "request sheet" delivers the "There is a problem..." message but while the summary at the bottom shows one or more remain in a collection. As usual reading and complying with instructions does work when all else fails!
