I haven't gathered meaning of 'fide' - 'Fide P H Davis & B A Poulter' was entered 4 years after the collection & 'Determinavit' crossed out.

Thanks Chris! I take it then that the 'fide' info can be entered in the H@H determined by box (and that it's confirming the collector's identification, whereas 'det' would mean a difference from the collector)

I think that for advice on the finer nuances of taxonomic validation one needs someone like DP or AL Smile
