Seems Kemble has migrated from W Glouc to N Wilts to E Glouc as definitely Glous on A429 now unless there's another one...

Using the "Vice-county (region) boundaries" tool it persists in being in N Wilts for me - but it is very close to the boundary of all three VCs and collectors were inclined to "steal" places!
