N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

As Walderton Down is not far north of Funtington, a favourite spot of C O Groom (alias Prince of M&M), and handwriting is his, I am inferring he is the collector. The other, strange writing is familiar from numerous other (coastal) sheets but only collector 's initials 'C N'[??]ever found - label has been cut up and mis-matched but reads 'Carex pendula Perennial Pendulous Wood Carex May - June 'Coker'[??] C N. I've taken libertyu of editing in Coker.

The strange h/w matches that which I have recently suggested belongs to Mrs Emma Radcliffe.

The locality for her spmn is therefore most likely to be in IoW or E Anglia.
