Of the many places named Trewern, I have not pinpointed one nearer than New Radnor, at SO125435. On that date, Ley labels another couple of sheets as from this location; and also from Defynnog, near Sennybridge; doubtless Ley was referring to Cwm Treweryn, immediately nearby at SN908247.
