N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Is the locality correct? I read it as Maplehurst, Surrey - which I can't locate. There is another specimen also from 'Maplehurst' on the same day at MANCH. I wonder if it too has been misplaced in Sussex.

It definitely reads as Maplehurst while Surrey can be read as Sussex not least as he does his Xs almost like Ys see his "W Sussex" at

As the only Maplehurst in Surrey seems to be a street in Leatherhead reckon you are correct and it must be West Sussex for both.
