N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

The locality is "St Kenelms". In BIRM ("donor unknown") there are several specimens from vc37 Worcestershire gathered between 1929 and 1940 and labelled by the same hand. Mr Barnett may have an idea who this may be,

The only St Kenelm/s I can find is the Well at SP045275 north-east of Cheltenham, which is not this (anonymous but distinctive) collector's usual area. Is there perchance a connection with the name 'Kenilworth'? This date is toward the end of his/her collecting period - perhaps it was a trip to healing waters?

Kenelm, child king-elect of Mercia, was murdered in AD 819 in the Clent Hills (stamping ground of our anonymous collector); his body was later translated to Winchcombe Abbey. The saint's cult is associated with Romsley, Worcs, where this specimen may have been gathered.

Looks like that is where St Kenelm's is, see:
http://www.indigogroup.co.uk/edge/Stkenelm.htm etc. I'm taking the liberty of editing in, since Romsley is so much in our collector's area.
