Could it also say CS ? I've seen this on several sheets (including I think where a collector - of different initials - was named) and will look out for it. Could CS be Croydon Surrey???

Yep guess could be CS .... and Charles Salmon collected around Surrey: But can't trace any labels ascribed to him like this one or with similar script: If you eventually come across another match grateful if you'll amend appropriately. Thanks.
