The Warwickshire plant was probably coll 12/6/1883; see http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/240946/

Looking at Mott's aquatics coll River Soar, I would suggest July 1884.

Note that Thomas Thorp is not an ex herb. He is the Bookseller who bought Mott's herbarium (and sold it to Bailey) and is thus a 'comm'.
