N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Which county? Site evidently near Shirley, from comparison with similar sheet collected by W R Linton labelled 'Brick Kiln Lane, Shirley side between Allsop's and Taylor's farms' : http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/236315/

W R Linton was vicar of Shirley Derbyshire,
OS Grid reference SK22604254
is the site of Brick Kiln lane in that village. Wouldn't that be the obvious choice as I think this is one of his willows?

Thanks - I now see how Linton must have put Shirley 'on the map' - I had no luck looking for the specific site.
