N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Inishmore, Galway Bay I thought - I cannot find any of the possible site names on the list

Could it not be Dun Aonghasa? Just to the west of the 'waist' of Inishmore near the south coast?

Same place, different spellings; an impressive cliff-top Iron Age fort - Irish grid L90.

I borrowed the following from Wikipedia: The official Irish name for the large island is Árainn However, the British Ordnance Survey, when surveying the landscape of west Ireland, invented the name Inishmore for the largest island probably to avoid confusion with Aran Island in County Donegal. Inis Mór the commonly gaelicised form of this new name, has gained widespread acceptance.
