The website went off-line on Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunately was away and was not able to do anything to bring the system back on-line remotely. I'm sorry for the disruption. Everything is back to normal now (~10pm Saturday).

I'm still unsure of the exact cause of the problem.

I'm going to investigate ways to get more robust remote access to the site so that hopefully in the future such problems can be rectified more quickly.
