The second date and the notation about the flowers being cultivated are puzzling. Indicates two specimens collected at different dates, but clearly only one specimen (with flowers firmly attached) shown.

I would say the cultivated note is just an incidental note, and that in any case the important site to record is the original one. Also, I have been caught out by 'Sedbury' but now realise it's Ledbury (Herefs) whetre I believe Bickham lived!
