I think it is probably Lousley himself - with a bit of imagination I can make the initials read J E L!! Idea
But I think the date is probably 192- something. Most of the specimens from that area are in the 1920s and there are lots from 1927 FWIW! Confused

I thought it might be Lousley, although not his normal initials, perhaps he was in a rush.... not sure of the date at all but 1920's is probably better than 1918
