I wonder if it might read as
bridge, Rock(s) Wood and if the hand writing is J Woods then it is likely to be Sussex and there is

Despite the difference in grid ref, a read of the respective info indicates both are the same site I think. The 'C/b' does not quite look like an 'E' even allowing for copperplate script; I found various H@H sheets from the area for comparison of label etc, but unfortunately none from the 19thC. I am tentatively entering East Sussex though.
