A possibility : Hounslow ?

But .... you could read the florid H as Fl
and the ending as lem !

I'm probably wrong, but there seems some similarity to the handwriting on http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/391000/

I don't see the likeness; but I think the Hounslow spmn may have something in common with http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/330497/ (note the ornamentation on the letter 'H') and a number of unattributed contemporary vc21 gatherings (ex herb Townsend) which may possibly be coll. Daniel Sharpe.
