From the efforts so far on these frequently-occurring initials, they can probably be narrowed to the Teall and/or Teesdale families (I tick the 'illegible' box). Similar sheets from Eltham at this time are labelled Eltham Kent, so I think this must be the same, or county could be entered as ambiguous.
