Yes, Haseley, as it appears on OS maps since 1805, but C. Smith, 'New Map of Great Britain and Ireland' - 'Southern England', 1806, has Hazeley!

Early OS maps have Haseley Common at about SP228702, now the Five Ways roundabout on A4141/A4177, so 10km square SP27.
