N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I couldn't infer any definite details from this label, and found nothing obviously similar from 19 - 21/8/1878, or any similarly-named place

If we can trust Byatt's tetrad reference '26B1' this should be TQ26F, around North Looe, though I could not locate Oates Park.

I wonder if this label is a faulty transcription. If it were '26D1' that would imply TQ26Q which includes "Oak's Park" [TQ2761] - a place where Byatt collected (sheet 329168).
