Hi rg5hh16cr14,

The information you've recorded for this sheet looks fine. The only changes I've made are to expand the collector initials 'HST' to Harold Stuart Thompson (the full name is listed on a label at the top-left of the sheet).

There's no need to list the vice-county (VC6) in the locality as this gets entered automatically by picking a region name from the list.
