tea-plants exhibited by William Bell during his communication
'Notes on the varieties of Tea cultivated in India' at a meeting
of the Botanical Society of Edinburgh on 8.4.1869 (see Trans.
Bot. Soc. Edin. Vol. X pages 162-164); note William Bell was
head gardener at Saharanpur, India 1862-1869; the specimens are
probably from Saharanpur.
