ocrnotes:E. tetragonum, L. var. (?) I doubtfully refer to this species, a plant which occurred in a field, apparently only recently brought into cultivation, near Burghfield, Berks. It is not in good condition, the dry season having prejudicially affected it. The stigma was clavate.--G. C. Druce. " E. tetragonum, L. (!)"--W. Barbey. New County record.
