Veronica persica Poir. var. Aschersoniana Lehm. [2651].
Newton Mill, near Bath, North Somerset. July 2, Sept. 29,
and Novem. 7, 1031. On damp, heavy Liassic soil in garden
strip by mill-stream. Many still flowering on November 7.
Very variable, and some verging towards var. Corrensiana
Lehm. ---H. S. Thompson. Yes, var. Aschersoniana.---E.Drabble.
