fruits/flowers:buds/immature flowers
notes:These specs came from C.C.Babbington and had been labelled "C. tetr" in pencil over which was written in ink "C. pumilum". For the life of me I can't see any "extremely narrow scarion margin in upper bracts" nor any caricature of the caps. N D Simpson. I think probably these must have been a nucture as the sheet as I picked out are [or] two C. pumilum wh. shared these characters. However the fruit stalks are sub-equal to calip at any rate not 2 - 4 times as in C. tetr. Do you agree C. pumilum?

I should call these 3 specimens C. tetrandrum. The bracts seem wholly leafy, not scarious at all. H.S.T.

Inferred details are marked.
