notes:Only in Mayo and Galway in Brit'. Isle, it is locally abundant. common in Portugal and N/W Spain, rare in S/W France ,in spit of it's name [ probably confused with the Medit[erranean] Erica multiflora] absent from the medit[erranen] region.
