notes:Sparingly pubescent. Peduncles as long as petioles. Stipules more dentate than in ?M. minima? Spires about 4 counter-clockwise. Spines rather short. Fruit globular, not flat at top and bottom. Tip of leaflet deeply emarginate, mucronate.
