notes:The original identification 'E caucasicus Steph'had been queried (Feb 2013)by Eric Greenwood,BSBI recorder
for W.Lancs (VC 60). The specimen has now been redetermined as E.philadelphicus L.,a North American species(re-examination of specimen at SLBI by John Hewitt,Feb 2013, and image seen by Dr Geoffrey Halliday).
