Mentha x muelleriana herbarium specimen from Scabbacombe, VC3 South Devon in 1938 by Francis Morland Day.
fruits/flowers:mature flowers
notes:The original plants were found by Mr H. W. Pugsley at Salcombe. But as the site was destroyed by building, at Mr A.L. Still's request a root was set out at Scabbacombe Bay, Brixham, by Mr G. J. Fraser in 1936 as notified in Journal of Botany. This plant is doing well & in 1938 had 30 flowering spikes, & these specimens come from this root.

Inferred details are marked.
