| notes: | (3) The Perthshire plant is on the whole less pubescent than the Forfarshire specimens, and often sub-glabrous. In 1891 we detected only two or three plants; in 1894, several in this locality, some male and some female; and the hybrid seemed in a fair way to establish itself as a species. |
