Though the collector thinks it is Carex curta, there is only a single leaf so it can only realy be put as a Carex.

notes:letter (5 July 1922) to Thompson mentioning a number of other plants and illegible (at least in the photo) pencil notes.
On the envelope are the notes - Old Town Marsh, St.Marys, Scilly 16 June 1922 with pencilled note C.curta Good. Old Town Marsh is likely to refer to Lower Moors.
