notes: | [In the hand of Britton:] Corolla lobes not ciliate, with scattered hairs not clavate. One plant only seen. It grew with scarlet, pink, and purple-flowered forms. [in another hand; headed:] 181 High Street, Brentford. A very prostrate plant possibly a hybrid between A. arvensis and A. femina with the blue flowers remaining dominant, but nearer to femina than to arvensis, as the corolla is denticulate. |
