notes: | I would rater prefer to name this the typical arvensis L. The leaves are too elliptic, too deeply serrate, too hairy and of thicker texture than any specimen of the variety mummularia (Schreb) These specimens have been grown in a dry, hard soil and the leaves could be much larger. I have smaller leaved M. arvensis from hard, dry soil J. Fraser, April 1930 |
