Other name:	Mentha gentilis auct. non L. det. Raymond Mervyn Harley 1/2/1984 Apparently a hybrid between M. arvensis and one of the spicatae. The habit recalls some forms of M. x muellerana, but it could be an abbernt M.x gentilis. The calyx is too small for M. x verticillata
