notes:label reads 'Cinchona leaves from the Province of [Casabania] on
the frontier of Peru-Bolivia ([?] Dr [Matthew] [Hamilton]). The
specimen of bark in the collection marked Morada from Don Carlos
[H....] belongs with this plant. [?] the yellow bark. Bark was
taken from the same tree as the leaves. The leaves are like [?]
of Haynes C. cordifolia.'; pale blue sheet
