| notes: | "Clearly hirta x odorata but except for size this comes very close to odorata var floribunda (Which may prove to be a hybrid). Flowers many exms very dark bluish purple. Stolons mostly thick & short, spms upturned (hirta character). Bracterles variable mostly below middle of peduncle, slight scent. A very striking hybrid. P.M.H. 8/10/1930 " Five specimens. |
