notes: | Flower white or pink. Petals obovate tapering to a long narrow base. Stamens about the same length as the styles. Carpels pilose. After the fall of the petals the stamens are left spreading and become pale lavender coloured. The sepals are attenuate acuminate often prolonged into a slender leafy point after flowering they curve upwards and become patent. |
