Editing placenames

I have just been through all the VC48 records checking, and editing where necessary, placenames and sometimes VCs. But there are several, without photographs, which are not editable. How can this be if their data are already inputted? Is there a way of editing them? e.g. Carnedd Llewellyn inputted as VCs 48 or 50. The mountain of that name (the sheets are for Cerastium alpinum) is definitely in VC49, Caerns!

PS Besides local knowledge I use a copy of Gwynn Ellis's A List of Welsh Place Names for Merioneth which I find invaluable as it cross-refs to grid refs.
