see http://herbariaunited.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1636&highlight=midagrarian

second word is 'midagrarian' after H.C.Watson's classification, can't read the first.

Is Watson's scheme on-line anywhere? (have tried googling and not found anything)

Baker's magnificent 'North Yorkshire', page 35 http://books.google.com/books?id=M78HAAAAQAAJ&pg=PA35-IA1#v=onepage&q=midagrarian&f=false explains Watson's Regions and Zones.

Many thanks to you both.
I googled 'Cybele Britannica Watson', but couldn't find any more details than in Baker's North Yorkshire - so I still can't do the word before 'midagrarian'!
