N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

How is your sense of humour? Its 443 upside-down..... The collector was Ley, he just never bothered putting his name. He made numerous collections on the river-bank at Tintern. And managed to avoid slipping down the muddy bank! A very scenic and botaniferous spot, could also have been very industrialised in his day, with metalworking, quarrying and forestry industries, and river trade, contrary to today's appearance.

The label was written by Rev W Moyle Rogers who may well have been the agile riparian collector. http://herbariaunited.org/sheets/ABS/200705101708_3586.jpg indicates that Ley and Rogers were collecting together at Tintern.
