Many thanks, most interesting. Unless you advise othewise, I will assume that documentation of these these 'Mantua etc.' sheets should mention Groom, even though he is not actually named on them.

From the edit history it looks as if the system does it automatically.

There's quite a lot on the web about Groom, a richly comic if dangerous character who wrote a couple of respectable books on natural history and whose evidence to a Commons select committee was a precursor of UK legislation protecting wild birds. He also invented Ginger Champagne for alcoholics.
