Hi,
Welcome to H@H
Unfortunately, you seem to have come across a somewhat more difficult sheet than the average H@H sheet. Where there are multiple specimens, you can add additional forms to enter the data / information for each by clicking on the small green + sign just underneath the image, and before the form itself. Hope this helps.
