N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Location name changed to Crymlyn Bogs (not Crymyn). Location not on database but near Crymlyn Burrows which is.

Hi Holly,

Welcome to herb@home and thanks for your comments on this sheet.

The locality details you've given match what I'd have chosen to do for this sheet - it's fine to use a different name or spelling variant as long as it matches the spirit of the original name used (which I'd include in the free-text notes if there was any doubt).

There will be locality names that are not part of the dictionary list, in which case it's fine to type in a new name (rather than picking from the suggested list) - once checked the name will then be added to the dictionary.

best wishes,

Tom
