Locality:Florida (USA), Frequent in drying sand with Haplopappus divaricatus at margin of cut-over pine-turkey oak at junction of rtes 319 and 267 between Tallahassee and Crawfordville. Same population as no 5260 which had few cleistogamous flowers at that time.
