Key is perhaps 'Plantae faeroenses'.

Vågö may be the Danish form of the name of the Faroe island of Vágar, and the village cound thus be Sandavágur.

a Museo botanico Hauniensi distributae = distributed by the Botanical Museum Copenhagen.

322691 is the only other Faroe sheet in the database so not much to compare with!
