There is a lake Katnosa in Nordmarka about 30km north of Oslo, see Google Map.

Yes 2 birds with one stone.... Collected 2 days later than the Utricularia specimen; handwriting doesn't initially look identical, but compare for instance '68'. Many Collett specimens haven't got his name explicitly.
