'Lough Cluhir', apparently means Sheltered Lake in Irish, and lies near Listarkin in West Cork. I think the date may be 1835 and this fits with several other JJB specimens. The lake may be enchanted, see Wikipedia on Ivor O'Donovan!

Cannot give you a grid ref. as the site I use for Ireland is down at the moment.
